With a background originally in structural engineering, I transitioned into specializing in drainage systems and real estate development. My journey into home inspection was driven by a desire to identify construction errors and empower homeowners to make informed decisions about their properties. 

Originally from the United Kingdom, I relocated to Tampa to support my wife’s career with the U.S. military. I have thoroughly enjoyed settling into Florida life and am dedicated to serving local homeowners with my expertise. Throughout my career, I have been involved in diverse residential and commercial building projects across the UK, Europe, and the USA, gaining valuable insights and experience along the way.
